We decided to walk into the showroom one day as we were considering a privacy fence for our home. We met Craig at Natural Enclosures and he was patient and extremely detailed with his walkthrough of what they can do based on our vision. Craig also described to us that they can work with Home Depot which was a big plus for us. So we moved forward with this project.
While the lead time to get our install scheduled took longer than we initially expected, the final result was absolutely worth the wait. The delay was no fault of Natural Enclosures Fence Company, we were waiting on a resurvey to ensure property lines were accurately marked, photographed, and filed with the county courthouse for legalities in regard to compliance and conformance.
Our Home Depot project manager Jayne was absolutely incredible to work with, she helped us coordinate the entire project from first phone call to final install.
Dereck from Natural Enclosures came out initially to take all the measurements around the house. He was professional and so polite through the entire process. We had Dereck back out right before the final installation date to ensure everything was in compliance and conformance with the requirements. Once again, Dereck was cordial and wonderful to work with. Thank you!
On the installation day, once the crew arrived (Jose’s Team), they were consummate professionals. They worked with incredible efficiency and the quality of the installation is top-notch. The crew was efficient, respectful of our property, and the fence looks fantastic. The team worked hard, and finished the job effectively without any hiccups.
